We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to be the face of our gym. As a Front Desk Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our members and guests, helping create a welcoming and organized environment.
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to be the face of our gym. As a Front Desk Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our members and guests, helping create a welcoming and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and visitors with a positive and professional attitude
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about memberships, classes, and services
- Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions
- Assist with new membership sign-ups and promote ongoing gym offers
- Perform cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and hygienic front area
- Restock and manage front desk and bathroom supplies
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a smooth member experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous customer service experience preferred (especially in fitness or hospitality)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and comfort with POS systems
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Passion for health and fitness a plus!

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
